Erin Neely, Psy.D.

  • Do I have out of network benefits for mental/behavioral health?
  • Is the benefit unlimited or is there a limit to the number of sessions?
  • Do I have to have prior authorization, now or at any time?
  • Do I have to meet a deductible before insurance contributes?
  • Do I have to pay a co-insurance, and at what level?
  • Is the rate of co-insurance based on the "usual and customary rate," or Dr. Neely's actual rate?

Dr. Neely's practice is currently full.

It is anticipated that appointments will open up toward the end of the school year.

Saturday and Sunday  9:30 - 5:30

Monday, Tuesday, and Friday  10:30 - 6:30

The office is closed for the "weekend" on Wednesday and Thursday.

Dr. Neely is out of network for all private insurance companies.

What this means is that clients pay Dr. Neely directly at their appointment.  Dr. Neely provides clients with a detailed receipt that they submit to their insurance company with their claim form.  The insurance company will reimburse people based on their level of benefit.  Whether or not a person is reimbursed, the amount paid typically will apply toward a deductible.

If you are considering becoming a patient of Dr. Neely, it is recommended that you call your insurance company and inform yourself about your benefits.  Many people have some level of benefit and will not have to pay the entire service fee themselves.
